Not entirely sure why people have given this pharmacy one star. Its no slower than any other pharmacy dispensaries. I've moved from a pharmacy in Huntingdon and this one is far better, less busy and quicker in my opinion. Staff are clearly busy, but are as helpful as they can be. I feel a lot of people are very "entitled" when it comes to THEIR medication.

The staff here are always excellent and provide a really good service. In all honesty, if you help them to help you, you are 95% likely to be satisfied. It's very busy a lot of the time, and al the staff will have put a big shift every working day. I have used this every month for the last 5 years and so I write with a degree of experience.

Terrible. Customer service non existent. Waited for 20 mins just to be acknowledged. The gentleman who came in seconds before me, that had also waited 20 mins for any member of staff to even look at him , only wanted to purchase a box of co-codomol. Where is your staff ???? To busy pretending they are pharmacist

Great little chemist with very helpfull staff. Gets real busy and they try hard to cope. Doctors should send some scripts to the high street to lighten their load. Still a great chemist.

Absolute joke. Turn the phones over to fax so no one can ring, queues out of the door because they don’t bother sorting prescriptions out until you’re waiting. Staff are rude and condescending. Fuming

Quite busy only two people serving Quite a small shop only room for 3 people at a time

Drove up to Lloyds pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my parents, only to be told that they haven't received the request even though we received confirmation that it was ready to pick up today. Person was extremely rude and unhelpful, basically wanted me out of the store because I made a complaint. Unfortunately staff is as arrogant as can be and dont seem to care what happens. Would avoid at all costs waste of fuel and waste of energy.

Always good service here, and are helpful on advice on prescriptions and if there's a mix up with an order they go out of their way double check the system and to give advice on the best course of action to correct it. I wouldn't go anywhere else by choice.

Staff very friendly and helpful, pharmacists very knowledgeable, and literally next door to the doctor's surgery. Highly recommended.
