It’s the fist time I’ve been through renting a property on my own my agent was awsome made a Dawnting situation pain free

AVOID! Awful company to deal with. Nothing but problems. Rodent issues in the kitchen not sorted for over 2 months… Until we threatened not to pay the rent. Toilets didn’t flush properly for the entirety of the tenancy. Black mould build-up in most rooms. We were told we had to wipe the walls down every other day. Ridiculous After countless calls and emails Sheila Bowers (lettings manager) did the bare minimum to resolve the issues. Ball-ache from start to finish

Honestly..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..so helpful at such a stressful time when buying a house. They were ALL unbelievable from start to finish. They are all so willing to help with anything and talk you through everything. Made to feel relaxed and kept updated throughout. Thanks to you all,for all of your help. My purchase took longer than expected unfortunately, but if it wasn't for Jan I should think I would still be waiting on enquires to be resolved. Oh my goodness where do I start? Everyone at this branch is amazing. From the start, looking round plot one and deciding what we were going to change/upgrade for our plot to all the help with problems along the way (2 of our buyers dropping out) and just everything in general. Very happy with Ellis Winters Estate Agents - Chatteris who really went out of their way to provide an A1 responsive service, by advising, liaison between solicitors, purchaser and checking correspondence including despatch. They also visited my empty property to check it over. Just an amazing professional service and if they were in the Olympics, they would win a gold medal. The cost was also very competitive and I would recommend Ellis Winters to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.
