Simpsons is located just off the roundabout on the A142 near the old mepal outdoor center. This outlet has a small retail counter that is supported by an entire warehouse of grooming products. The guy that was serving was extremely knowledgeable and was also extremely helpful. Simpsons is the place to go for all your dog grooming needs. Good quality products at a competitive price.

This company will not respond to you in anyway if you have a complaint about a faulty product! I bought a blade from these guys through their Ebay account and received a blunt blade . I privately messaged them about this but zero response.. as I had no reply I had to get Ebay involved and they didn’t bother responding to them either . All the negative feedback that they have received on Ebay is through exactly the same thing from other people a wall of silence .

If you are buying clippers for private use I would not go for the expensive ones. My andis ones broke within six times of being used over a two year period which put me outside of the garantee Simpsons agreed to check them and approach andis for some good will but on examination they say oil had got past the oil seal and into the motor and the switch that operates the two speeds from me over oiling them but the instructions state you must oil them frequently i don't feel that I did oil excessively, so they did not approach andis for me, so dodgy seal or me? Who knows anyway £139 down the drain
