I don't appreciate being laughed at when putting the phone down

dropped a prescription off Saturday. it had a slight error on it but the 11 year old serving, in her pj's, said it would be fine come back Monday . went back on the Tuesday to be dealt with by the bloody rude pharmacist who simply said "I'm not dispensing this with this prescription". just no need to be that rude and blunt....horrible.....won't rush back into there in a hurry

There are two chemists in chatteris. One is good and the other is awful This is the good one. The great one. While having a mental health crisis due to lack of medication I was shown care and attention. My prescription was all sorted. I feel they genuinely cared about me and wanted me to get the help I need. It was the afternoon of the 21st of march. 2023. Those staff deserve praise.

The pharmacy was unhelpful and rude didn’t want to help me at all just couldn’t be bothered shop assistant looks at you as though your a piece of s——— with her nose stuck in the air very rude😡😡😡

I was 4 hours away from home on Christmas Eve concerned at my inhaler was extremely low during an allergy flare up. Pharmacist was so rude and unhelpful, told me to call an ambulance once I actually had an asthma attack instead of helping me pick up my inhaler prescription. Serious lack of compassion. Disgusting customer service. No wonder the NHS is struggling.

Left without meds for 4 days and one can stop my heart if I don't take it and the other can course fits if I don't take it and nasty side affects from most of the others including extreme pain thank you Lloyds
